Magnitude-2.7 Sherman Oaks earthquake jolts San Fernando Valley

Shaking from a magnitude-2.7 earthquake was felt across Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley and other parts of Southern California.

The earthquake was reported at 12:22 p.m. in the Sherman Oaks area.

The jolt was reported in Beverly Hills, Redondo Beach, Long Beach, Glendale, Encino, Northridge, Pacoima, Van Nuys and other parts of LA.
