Three people, including the suspected gunman, were hospitalized on Sunday following a shooting at a Yorba Linda park, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
The incident happened sometime around 3:30 p.m. at Featherly Regional Park, the sheriff’s department said.

WATCH HEREAn altercation broke out earlier in the day between the suspected gunman and one of the victims. The gunman later returned to the park and attempted to run someone over before getting out and opening fire, according to Sgt. Gerard McCann. The man struck two individuals before turning the gun on himself, said McCann.
The shooting appears to be an isolated event with no threat to the public at this time, police said.
