Undocumented DUI driver who killed Orange County teens to be released

Two families are outraged after learning that the DUI driver, a convicted felon who was in the U.S. illegally, that killed two teens is slated to be released early after serving three years of a 10-year sentence. Hetty Chang reports for the NBC4 News at 7 p.m. on April 23, 2025.
